At about 2:00 p.m. today we got a call from Mary at our Agency with the news!!!

DOB: Feb. 26, 2008 - 17 months old
Currently living at the Children's Welfare Institute of Pingnan
Guangxi Province

I have a Gong girl from Pingnan, also! She is now 4 1/2 and was adopted at 18 months. There is a yahoo group for Pingnan, just do a search for Gong girls to find it. Congrats on a beautiful girl!!!

Congrats! We have been home with our little Gong Princess for almost a year! You will love Nanning - very pretty at night. VERY hot during the day - prepare for Texas heat w/no air conditioning! The hotels and stores have it though... There is a Super Wal-Mart, so don't worry about taking diapers or formula - your guide will take you to get all that! Have a great trip!
